Precautions for installation of hydraulic components

 

 

The installation of the hydraulic system also requires a certain degree of attention. From the perspective of the entire hydraulic system, there are several aspects: the installation of hydraulic components, the installation of hydraulic pumps, the installation of hydraulic cylinders, and the installation of oil pipes. To keep hydraulic equipment in good working condition, you should be familiar with the debugging methods and use requirements of the equipment. In order to properly maintain and troubleshoot the equipment, it is necessary to understand the installation method of the components in the equipment.

 

 

Precautions for installation of hydraulic components

 

 

(1) The hydraulic components should be cleaned with kerosene before installation, and the self-made important components should be sealed and pressure tested. The test shall be carried out in stages, and the test pressure shall be checked every liter-level.
(2) Don't wrongly install components with similar appearance, such as relief valve, pressure reducing valve and sequence valve. When assembling, all the pressure regulating springs should be loosened, and the pressure regulating should be tightened gradually when debugging.

(3) 
The axis of the directional control valve should be installed horizontally.
(4)  For components with sealing rings at the inlet and outlet ports, first check whether the sealing rings meet the requirements during installation. Before installation, the sealing ring should protrude from the installation plane to ensure a certain amount of compression after installation to prevent leakage.
(5)  During the installation of panel components, the fixing screws should be tightened gradually in a predetermined order, so that the mounting plane of the component is in good contact with the plane of the component bottom plate.

Precautions for hydraulic pump installation

 

(1)  The drive shaft of the hydraulic pump and the motor drive shaft must have a good coaxiality, and the deviation should be less than 0.1mm. -Generally, a flexible connection is used, and V-belts are not allowed to directly drive the pump shaft to rotate.
(2)  The inlet and outlet ports must not be reversed.
(3)  For hydraulic pumps with steering requirements, the steering cannot be mistaken.
(4)  The oil suction height should be appropriate.
(5)  Ensure a good seal at the joint between the oil port and the oil pipe.

3. Installation of hydraulic cylinder

(1) The base of the hydraulic cylinder must have sufficient rigidity to avoid deformation of the cylinder tube and bending of the piston rod when pressurizing.

(2) Before installation, check whether the sealing elements and buffer devices of the hydraulic cylinder are correctly configured.

(3) The upper bus bar and side bus bar of the outer circle of the hydraulic cylinder process must have a good parallelism with the guide rail surface of the machine base.

(4) The hydraulic cylinder installed vertically should be equipped with mechanical counterweight and adjust the spring force of the back pressure valve for balance.

(5) One end of the long-stroke cylinder is fixed and the other end is swimming to adapt to the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.

 

 

 

Precautions for tubing installation

(1) The installation of the oil pipes must be carried out according to the design requirements, so that the oil pipes are as parallel or vertical as possible, and the configuration method must not be changed at will.

(2) Pay attention to the direction and reference height of each branch, try to avoid crossing. There should be gaps between parallel or crossing oil pipes to prevent mutual contact and vibration.

(3) The oil pipe should be as short as possible. To prevent vibration, the oil pipe must be installed in a firm place. The thinner tubing can be arranged along the wall, and the long tubing can be supported by pipe clamps, or be lined with wood or rubber. The radius of the elbow should generally be greater than 3 times the outer diameter of the tubing.

(4) The flange must be joined at the straight part of the oil pipe, and the flange must be perpendicular to the axis of the oil pipe.

(5) When installing the rubber hose, prevent it from twisting and leave a certain amount of slack to avoid the hose from being pulled or bent at the joint. The connection between the hose and the pipe joint should be reliable to ensure that the oil injection phenomenon will not occur under the impact pressure. When choosing a hose, pay attention to its burst pressure and safety factor.

(6) A filter should be installed at the lower end of the suction pipe to ensure that the suction oil is clean.

(7) The oil return pipe should be inserted below the oil surface to prevent air bubbles.

(8) There should be no back pressure in the leaking oil circuit in the system, and a separate oil return pipe should be provided to ensure the smoothness of the pipeline.

(9) The oil return port of the overflow valve should not be connected to or close to the oil suction port of the pump to prevent the oil temperature from rising.

(1 0) During the installation process, pay attention to no debris in the machine and pipe, and cover each opening to prevent debris from entering.

(1 1) All joints should be tightened and sealed, and the suction pipe should not leak air. Sealant can be applied to the joint to improve the sealing performance.

(1 2) All piping should be divided into trial installation and formal installation twice. After trial installation, remove the tubing and use 40 °C~60. Wash with 10%~20% dilute sulfuric acid or dilute hydrochloric acid of C, then neutralize with 10% soda water at 30°C~40°C, and finally wash with warm water. After drying, apply oil for formal installation
