101(S)-5(T)(TE)(L)(E)(TX) series full hydraulic steering gear is used in load sensing steering system.
101S-5, 101S-5L, and 101S-5E series full hydraulic steering gears are all in plate connection mode, and are used after plate connection with PVF* type priority valve. The 101S-5L series full hydraulic steering gear leads out the pressure signal of the LS port at the LL port and transmits the signal to the electrical control system; the 101S-5E series full hydraulic steering gear leads out the pressure signal of the A or B oil port at the EL port , to transmit the signal to the electrical control system. 101S-5T, 101S-5TE series full hydraulic steering gears are pipe-connected and used with PVL* or DYXL, YXL priority valves. 101S-5TE series full hydraulic steering gear leads out the pressure signal of A or B oil port at the EL interface, and transmits the signal to the electrical control system. 101-5T series full-hydraulic steering gear is pipe-connected, and must be used with DYXL and YXL priority valves after pipe connection, and the system safety valve is set on the priority valve. When the 101-5TX series full hydraulic steering gear is in the neutral position, the left and right chambers are connected to the oil return. This kind of steering gear is used together with LFA and LFB flow amplifying valves.
BZZ series:
Full hydraulic steering gear is widely used in engineering vehicle steering and ship steering. Through it, the driver can achieve greater steering force control with less manipulation force, and it is safe and reliable in performance, and light and flexible in manipulation. BZZ1, BZZ2, BZZ3 series full hydraulic steering gears have the following characteristics: Elimination of mechanical interlocking devices can reduce the cost of the main engine and provide a reliable and light structure; flexible and labor-saving operation; when the engine is turned off, it can realize emergency manual steering; The torque can be continuously controlled and rotated steplessly; it provides a wide range of options for the control circuit and the main engine size; it can be connected with a variety of steering oil pumps and hydraulic steering systems.
The TLF coaxial flow amplifying steering gear and the BZZ5 load sensing steering gear are both load sensing steering control components. In the load sensing steering system, as long as the displacement of the two products is the same, the products can be used interchangeably. However, when the TLF type coaxial flow amplifying steering gear is used as a steering control element, its steering displacement changes with the input speed of the steering wheel. At low speed steering (steering wheel speed below 10rpm), the effective displacement of the steering element is the same as the metered displacement. The rotation speed of the steering wheel is in the range of 10-40rpm, and its effective displacement increases with the increase of the input speed of the steering wheel. When the input speed of the steering wheel is greater than 40rpm, the effective displacement of the steering element is basically constant at its calibrated equivalent displacement. This feature provides unique advantages in the steering performance of articulated industrial vehicles such as loaders, motor graders, log haulers, tractors and various small vehicles. The TLF type flow amplifying steering gear is adopted, and the steering wheel will not be corrected excessively when the steering wheel is slowly turned during the driving process of the vehicle. When it is necessary to quickly change the driving direction of the vehicle, the steering flow can be increased by increasing the input speed of the steering wheel to make the direction turn quickly.
BNF type cycloidal rotary valve torque amplifier is a hydraulic component that inputs a small torque and obtains a large output torque. It is mainly composed of a control rotary valve and a cycloid pinwheel meshing pair. It has the characteristics of labor-saving, flexible, stable, compact structure, easy installation and use, etc. It can be used in the steering system of wheeled mobile machinery, large manual gates and other machinery that require large torque control.
The control valve is an open-ended structure. When the steering wheel is not being turned, the oil flows through the control valve directly back to the tank. When the steering wheel is turned, the oil flow enters the cycloidal pinwheel meshing pair from the control valve, converting hydraulic energy (pressure, flow) into mechanical energy (torque, speed). The output speed is the same as the rotation speed of the steering wheel. When the steering wheel stops turning, the control valve stops supplying oil to the cycloid pin wheel meshing pair, and the torque amplifier stops working. If the oil pump is damaged and cannot supply oil, the torque amplifier works like a mechanical steering gear, but There is no torque amplification effect.
