For example, constant voltage-frequency ratio control in open-loop mode and vector control in closed-loop mode can meet the torque and speed response requirements of different working conditions. Users can deploy motors in different systems without replacing hardware, significantly shortening the equipment retrofit cycle. For example, in harsh environments such as mining machinery, the open-loop system can simplify the maintenance process; while in precision positioning scenarios, the closed-loop system can achieve millimeter-level control accuracy.

4. Robust and compact design

Material selection: the shell adopts aluminum alloy die-casting process, which is both lightweight and impact resistance; the key internal components are formed by stamping process to form symmetrical bending edges and reinforcing bars, which improves the bending rigidity by more than 30%.

Integrated design: The drive controller is highly integrated with the motor body, reducing the number of external connecting cables and making it smaller.

The compact structure of orbital motor makes it easier to install on equipment with limited space, and reduces the risk of loosening parts due to vibration, thus prolonging the service life.
