(1) Technical highlights:

Test items and methods
(1) Displacement verification test: Under no-load pressure, measure the displacement at any one of the set speeds from 20% to 50% of the rated speed and the displacement at the rated speed respectively.
(2) Efficiency test: ① At 25% of rated speed and rated pressure, measure the flow rate and other first-stage data after the operation is stabilized. Then load step by step, according to the above method, were measured from 25% of the rated pressure to the rated pressure between more than six equal test pressure point groups of data; ② in the maximum speed and rated speed of 85%, 70%, 55%, 40%, 25%, respectively, to measure the above test pressure points of the groups of data; ③ reverse test method and forward test method is the same; ④ the inlet temperature of 20-35 ℃ and 70-80 ℃ and 70-80 ℃. Under the conditions of inlet temperature at 20-35℃ and 70-80℃, measure the volumetric efficiency of more than 7 equal pressure points in the range of no-load pressure to rated pressure at the rated speed; ⑤ Plot the efficiency characteristic curve (Fig. 10-28) and comprehensive performance curve; ⑥ Plot the efficiency curve when the oil temperature is 20-35℃ and 70-80℃.
(3) Starting efficiency test: adopt constant torque starting method or constant pressure starting method, with different constant torque or constant pressure values, measure the starting pressure or torque of the motor output shaft at different phase angles, and in the forward and reverse directions at 25%, 75%, 100% of the rated pressure and the specified backpressure conditions respectively, and calculate the starting efficiency.
(4) Low-speed performance test Under the condition of rated pressure and specified back pressure, repeat the measurement of the minimum speed in positive and negative directions without crawling by the method of step-by-step speed reduction and speed increase respectively. Measure the minimum speed from 50% of rated pressure to the minimum speed of 4 equal pressure points between rated pressure according to the above method, and test the pressure points in the positive and negative steering tests more than 5 times each.
