Usage Guidelines:
To ensure the BK2 series brake operates at its optimal performance level, the following requirements should be observed:
1.  **Installation:** First, assemble the BK2 brake unit with the hydraulic motor; subsequently, inject lubricating oil into the brake housing via the drain port; finally, proceed with the installation of the remaining components.
2.  **Working Medium (Hydraulic Oil) Type:** Mineral-based hydraulic oil—specifically Type HM (compliant with GB/T763.2-87 or ISO6743/4 standards), or alternatively, Type HLP (compliant with DIN51524 standards).
3.  **Operating Temperature Range:** The standard applicable range is -20°C to 90°C; the optimal operating temperature range is 20°C to 60°C.
4.  **Viscosity Range:** 20–75 mm²/s; the optimal viscosity range at 40°C is 42–74 mm²/s.
5.  **Filtration:** Nominal filtration precision of 25 microns, corresponding to ISO Code 20/16. 6. Maintenance: Replace after the first 50–100 hours of operation; thereafter, replace every 500–1000 hours.
