BMER-2 Series Hydraulic Motors
The BMER-2 Series features a Rolortorc gear set with high-speed flow distribution and high-pressure capability. These versatile motors offer multiple configuration options to meet diverse application requirements. Output shaft tapered roller bearings accommodate high axial and radial forces, ensuring smooth operation during both low-pressure startup and high-pressure operation. These lightweight, structurally advanced motors are manufactured under the ISO 9000-2000 quality system.
Product Description
The Hanjiu BMER Series mid-size motors deliver an optimal balance of price and performance, generating high torque at competitive cost. BMER motors excel in various applications, particularly in low-flow, high-pressure environments. They maintain smooth rotation throughout the speed conversion process, and the combination of shaft, bracket, and displacement options enables customization for nearly any application requirement.
BMER motors incorporate a roller gear set design with pressure balance plates. During startup, pressure causes the balance plates to flex toward the rotor, significantly improving volumetric efficiency. At operating pressure, the balance plates relax, allowing free rotor movement and enhancing mechanical efficiency. Power transmission to the output shaft is handled by heavy-duty drive links that receive full-flow lubrication during operation for extended service life.
