Before cleaning, make adequate preparations. Firstly, turn off the hydraulic system to release the system pressure, so as to avoid the residual pressure causing safety hazards. Prepare suitable tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., as well as cleaning supplies, including cleaning solvents (such as special hydraulic oil cleaner or kerosene), clean soft cloths and brushes. At the same time, choose a clean, spacious and dust-free working environment to prevent secondary pollution.


The disassembly operation is performed next. According to the structure of the hydraulic motor, disassemble the parts in the correct order, such as end cover, rotor, stator, flow distribution disk, etc.. During the disassembly process, note down the installation position and direction of each part, and keep the information by taking photos and marking to avoid mistakes during assembly. Place the disassembled parts properly on a clean pallet or workbench to prevent mutual collision or contamination with impurities. 


Then proceed to the cleaning section. For metal parts, such as rotors and stators, they can be soaked in cleaning solvent for a period of time to fully dissolve the adhering oils and impurities. After that, use a brush to gently brush the surface and crevices, focusing on cleaning the oil channels, sealing grooves and other parts that are easy to hide dirt. After brushing, dry with a clean soft cloth or blow dry with clean compressed air. The surface precision of the distributor disk is high, and special care should be taken when cleaning to avoid scratches, and a clean soft cloth dipped in cleaning solvent can be used to wipe gently. Seals should not be immersed in solvents as this may lead to deformation or damage, simply wipe the surface with a clean soft cloth to remove dust and oil. 


After cleaning is complete, carefully inspect the components for wear and damage. If parts are found to be badly worn or damaged, they should be replaced promptly to ensure the performance of the hydraulic motor. When assembling, follow the reverse order of disassembly to ensure that the parts are installed in place and the seals are installed correctly to avoid leakage. At the same time, apply an appropriate amount of grease to key parts to reduce friction between parts. 


Finally, install the cleaned and assembled orbital motor back into the hydraulic system for test run. Observe the running status of the hydraulic motor and check whether there is any abnormal noise and vibration, and whether the system pressure is stable. If any problem is found, stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting. 


Regular and proper cleaning of the orbital motor can effectively maintain its performance and reliability and reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs.
